EVA Foam

XLPE Foam or EVA Foam is crosslinked foam with uniform open cells. Its is very environment and does not effect the ozone layer.

EVA foam is widely used in shoe industry & by leather goods manufacturers. It has high density and can with stand heavy pressure. EVA Foam can be very useful for sound proofing.

Since it is available in attractive colors & has a smooth surface it has found wide usage on the exteriors of any product to give a good finish.

Thickness : From 1mm - 25mm

Length x Width : Generally available in sheets of 2 metre x 1 metre or 1 metre x 1/2 metre.

Lamination : Sheets can be laminated on single or both the sides.

Colors : Comes in various attractive colors.

Applications :

Shoes : Used in various components like mid - sole, insole, tongue, straps, footbeds etc.
Toys : Toys like puzzles, molded toys, little shapes and forms etc. can be made with EVA Foam.
Luggage : EVA is used in suitcases & bags to reduce weight & in pouches to give firmness.
Automobiles : Used for sun visors, ceilings, trims & seats.
For Sound Absorption : Used in theaters, discotheques and other places as sound absorber.
Others : In caps, foam tapes, door mats, mouse pad, gymnastic mats, cycle handle grips, as a sound absorber, in carpet under laying etc.
